Solar power plant in Grain Offices

On February 19, 2025, the Development Finance Institution “ALTUM” supported the project to be implemented by HO Estate for the installation of a solar power plant in an office building at Dīķa Street 44, Riga. Within the framework of the program “Increasing Energy Efficiency in Business in the 10th Selection Round”, a capital allowance of EUR 11,215.53 was reserved. In the 2nd quarter of 2025, it is planned to build a solar power plant on the roof of the office building, which will produce 59,314 kWh of electricity per year, or 36% of the building's annual electricity consumption.
