  • area and room layout, 
  • availability of natural daylight in workplaces
  • number and existence of auxiliary rooms (meeting rooms, server room, kitchen, etc.), 
  • your office concept (for example, whether you plan to receive guests in the office), 
  • as well as the rent, 
  • parking availability and other criteria important to you.

Typically, a premises lease agreement is concluded for 2 years.

The minimum duration is 1 year.

We have small storage rooms available for rent.

  • Coastal Offices There is free parking for customers and paid parking in the courtyard next to the office building. 
  • Grain Offices There is free parking for customers and free parking in the courtyard depending on the area rented. 
  • Biekensala Offices There is free parking for customers and 1 free space in front of the building. 
  • Often in Offices There is free parking along the street.

We do not apply rent relief. If the tenant contacts us in a timely manner and informs us of financial difficulties, we assess the tenant's situation and may offer to reduce the area of the premises or terminate the contract early, offering to vacate the premises sooner if we find a new client in the tenant's place.
