In July 2024, the solar power plant project was implemented. The power plant with a total solar panel production capacity of 215,000 kWh per year allows reducing the electricity consumption of “Bērzlapas – 5” by 30%, which currently exceeds 600,000.00 kWh per year. The financial institution “ALTUM” has awarded a grant of EUR 48,154.80 for the implementation of the project.

Typically, a premises lease agreement is concluded for 2 years.

  • Grain Offices There is free parking for customers and free parking in the courtyard depending on the area rented. 
  • Biekensala Offices There is free parking for customers and 1 free space in front of the building. 
  • Often in Offices There is free parking along the street.

We do not apply rent relief. If the tenant contacts us in a timely manner and informs us of financial difficulties, we assess the tenant's situation and may offer to reduce the area of the premises or terminate the contract early, offering to vacate the premises sooner if we find a new client in the tenant's place.
