On February 13, 2025, a contract was signed for the construction of a solar power plant at Mazā Krasta iela 83, Riga. The work will be carried out by SIA “AK Elektro”. The power plant's production capacity will reach 105,000.00 kWh per year. The work is planned to be completed within 90 calendar days.

The project is co-financed by the financial institution ALTUM, providing co-financing in the amount of 30% of eligible costs.
