In January 2019, HO Estate began managing a service hotel at Prohorova Street 11, Jelgava, and after renovation in August, it will begin operating a hotel with 130 beds.
The company is also developing a solar power plant in Mārupe with a capacity of 0.413 MW, attracting an ALTUM grant for sustainable development.
